Celtic have identified two key areas for business this January as they get set to ramp up their winter window activity, according to a report.
Ange Postecoglou has already stated his desire to get his business done early with plans already in place for this window and beyond. He completed a triple J-League swoop for Reo Hatate, Daizen Maeda and Yosuke Ideguchi last January with the trio in place to join by the first day of the window. The Scottish champions are taking a similar approach this time around with the Daily Record reporting they are keen on a full-back and a striker.
The need for a full-back comes amid speculation over Josip Juranovic's future. The Croatia international has headed for the World Cup with talks over a new deal stalling - despite his current deal running until 2026. He arrived from Legia Warsaw last summer for £2.5million and has established himself as a key player in the Hoops ranks.

The Scottish champions are believed to have plans at the ready to move for a replacement should a bid for the 27-year-old that can't be turned down arrive at the doors at Parkhead. Manchester United, Chelsea and Atletico Madrid have all been touted as potential destinations in the past and Celtic are expecting more interest post-Qatar.
Another striker is also being lined-up to help add extra firepower at the top end of the park. Kyogo Furuhashi and Giorgos Giakoumakis have both been amongst the goals this season but the duo are the only strikers used by Postecoglou with third choice Albian Ajeti away on a season-long loan deal.
Speaking previously about his transfer plans, Postecoglou said:"A couple of weeks ago, we sort of did our (transfer) planning. The bulk of the work's been done.
"What this time gives me is a little bit of opportunity just to plan for the rest of this year and probably the next summer window."
