Mikey Johnston has been tipped to complete a Premiership loan move as he looks set to get regular minutes away from Celtic.
The Hoops academy product has struggled with injury over the last two seasons and a loan move to Belgian club Standard Liege with former Celtic manager Ronny Deila has been suggested. Hibs hero Tam McManus reckons his ex-side could be doing with him in attack while Motherwell and St Mirren could also benefit from his services.
He told PLZ: "I think if you're at Celtic or Rangers and not getting a game, then you've got to look to go on loan somewhere. Mikey Johnson has to get out and play. He can't just be in and out. He's in for one game then out for five or six and he's not getting a chance. He'd play every week for Motherwell, St Mirren or Hibs - that would get his confidence up.
