Tom Rogic is said to be closing in on a reunion with former Celtic manager Neil Lennon at Cypriot club Omonia Nicosia.
The Australian midfielder has been without a club since bringing an end to nine-trophy laden years at Parkhead in May and rumours have been rife on where he goes next. It is reported by Protathlima, an extension of the Cyprus Times, that Lennon is closing in on the midfielder he first brought to Glasgow during his first stint as Celtic boss between 2010-14.
They then worked together again when the former Hibs manager returned to the Hoops in 2019, leaving last year after a bid for 10-in-a-row turned sour. It is reported that Rogic has already jetted into Cyprus to complete the move and that negotiations between parties concerned are 'very advanced.' It would not be the first time the Nicosia boss has delved into the UK market.
