Celtic told they face weather hell as Bodo boss Kjetil Knutsen warns 'it will be AWFUL'

Kjetil Knutsen has warned Celtic they face an Arctic blast after claiming the current weather is the most extreme EVER.

Ange Postecoglou and his side are in northern Norway preparing for their do or die second leg Europa Conference League clash.

The Hoops are looking to overturn a 3-1 first leg deficit from Parkhead.

And their task is set to be made even tougher with the harsh conditions in the Article Circle city 800 miles north of Oslo.

As he looks to wrap up the tie Bodo boss Knutsen warned: “The weather will be AWFUL. It’s really cold and windy.

“The most extreme? Yeah, yeah – ever. For us it’s normal. It is winter in Bodo, so for us it is normal.

“But to play football in Bodo in February is special for many teams and players.”
