Celtic are plotting a bid for PSG midfielder Edouard Michut this summer, accoridng to reports.
The Hoops are seemingly looking to strengthen their midfield department and were heavily linked to Vinicius Souza before the Brazilian enforcer opted for La Liga and Espanyol. Other links have emerged but the latest sees them reportedly after a French youth international, according to Sky Sports. Michut has nine caps for the French U-19s squad and is under contract at the Ligue 1 champions until the summer of 2025.
He is clearly highly-rated by the Parisians and appeared seven times for them as his development continues, including one start in domestic cup competitions. This season he will have learned from the likes of Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe but it's reported by Sky Sports that Celtic are 'targeting' him and 'preparing' a bid in the region £2 million for the 19-year-old. Interest has followed him before.

Barcelona, Manchester City and Valencia were all linked with the teenager in 2020 as he approached a contract expiry date at PSG.
Hoops boss Ange Postecoglou has already signed Daizen Maeda, Benjamin Siegrist, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Jota and Alexandro Bernabei this summer.
St Mirren's Dylan Reid is another player attracting their interest and this has been confirmed by the Aussie boss.
