In his debut season as captain, Callum McGregor only continued to build on his Celtic legacy. After lifting his first Premiership trophy as skipper, the fans have recognised his achievement with 41 per cent of fans naming him the best player in the side. Cameron Carter-Vickers, who signed a permanent deal from Tottenham this summer, earned 30 per cent. Top scorer Kyogo Furuhashi earned third spot with 19 per cent.

It was a busy summer for Ange Postecoglou as he had to rebuild the squad, but there were more hits than misses for the Australian. Perhaps his biggest winner was Kyogo Furuhashi, as the Australian used his knowledge of the J-League to bring the striker to the Scottish Premiership. His goals and all-round attitude quickly won over the Celtic faithful.
