Celtic supporter group the North Curve has rejected the club’s claims that discussions were held with fans surrounding controversial events at their clash with Rangers in March.
Hundreds of fans including members of the Green Brigade were detained and denied access to the game at Celtic Park.
A club statement on Thursday afternoon read: “The Club has been engaging in discussions with Celtic supporters, supporters’ associations, clubs and groups, and Police Scotland, to understand these events and the circumstances in which they took place."

The North Curve responded to the statement on X on Thursday evening, claiming no such talks have taken place.
“In relation to Celtic’s statement regarding the policing operation on Sun 16 March, we would like to clarify that there has been no "discussions with Celtic supporters’ associations, clubs and groups” contrary to their claim - and despite multiple requests for the Club to do so.”
