Celtic star Jota 'agrees terms' on Saudi Arabia switch as shock Al-Ittihad transfer link emerges

Celtic star Jota has reportedly agreed terms on a move to Saudi Arabia, according to a report.

The likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and N'Golo Kante have made the move to the Saudi Pro League in recent times with a host of top stars continually being lined up for mega money moves this summer with lkass Channel, who have 1.4 million Twitter followers and are verified as a business, reporting Al-Ittihad have agreed on personal terms with the Hoops star.

They write: "Sources for the Cup: The Saudi club #Al-Ittihad agrees with the Portuguese player #Joao_Felipe on all the terms and details of the contract to join its ranks during the current summer transfer period; And some minor details remain with his club".

Ange Postecoglou snapped up Jota during his first season in charge on a season-long loan agreement and made him a priority signing on a permanent stay following an excellent campaign at Parkhead.

The Hoops got their man tied down to a long-term contract after shelling out a £6million plus fee for his services and he has since become a real fans' favourite in Glasgow.

He played a key role in last season's Treble success with 15 goals and 12 assists in all competitions. No potential fee is mentioned in the report.

Brendan Rodgers will be desperate to retain the services of a key player. But a big money fee could prove irresistible should one arrive at the doors of Parkhead.
