Celtic star Callum McGregor named PFA Player of the Year

CELTIC captain Callum McGregor is the PFA Scotland Player of the Year.

The Scotland international claimed the top men's award at this evening's awards ceremony.

McGregor also won his club Player of the Year and Players' Player of the year prizes.

The 28-year-old stepped up to replace Scott Brown as Celtic skipper in the summer after Ange Postecoglou was announced as manager.

McGregor has been a key figure under Postecoglou this term, lifting the Premier Sports Cup in December and is closing in on the Scottish Premiership crown.

He's played 49 times so far this term across all competitions and has scored four and assisted five.
