Dinamo Zagreb will this week sack manager Nenad Bjelica after they crashed to a shock defeat by the Croatia League's bottom side....just days after Celtic failed to beat them in the UEFA Champions League.
Celtic claimed a point from Zagreb in their last game in the tournament last week, but were left frustrated at only getting a goalless draw against an injury-ravaged Dinamo side.
Dinamo's board held an emergency meeting after a stunning 3-1 defeat to bottom side and Zagreb city minnows NK Lokomotiva.
And Bjelica is now negotiating his severance package from the club, despite putting on a brave defeat after this defeat - the Croatian champions' sixth game in a row without a win.
Bjelica said: "This team have proved they can compete and belong in the Champions League as they did against Celtic. But clearly results in the league have not been good enough.
"We have achieved some historic results in Europe and I again ask for time to show what this team can do with a fully fit squad."
However, Dinamo fans demanded a change and the board will announce his departure imminently.
