Ange Postecoglou says Celtic might end up doing nothing on transfer deadline day - or it might turn into a packed day of comings and goings.
The Hoops bolstered their forward department prior to Sunday's astonishing 9-0 win away at Dundee United with Montenegro international winger Sead Haksabanovic. That might not be their last bit of business coming into Parkhead, with Postecoglou saying there are things afoot in the background that could see some more players arrive in Glasgow.
There's also been rumours of players like Mikey Johnston and James McCarthy leaving the Celtic fringes for regular minutes and there futures are yet to be decided. The manager says an all or nothing style end to the window which finishes on September 1st awaits, with either no business or a few announcements incoming. When he asked if there's a chance of doing business by the end of the transfer window on Thursday, Postecoglou replied: "Yeah.

"There's still a possibility. There's things going on in the background both in terms of outgoings and incomings.
"We could do nothing or we could do a couple of things. There's stuff in the background and I suppose we will all find out in the next 48 hours."
First up before that day comes is a trip to the Highlands, as Celtic play Ross County in Premier Sports Cup last 16 action.
