Celtic & Rangers UEFA club coefficient rankings revealed as Ibrox side surge clear

UEFA have announced the club coefficient rankings for the 2024/25 season with Rangers as the top Scottish club.

Philippe Clement's side feature at 28th in the list - way ahead of Glasgow rival Celtic - despite not taking the league crown in domestic competition.

The Ibrox club boast an impressive 52.000 coefficient score thanks to some impressive seasons in European competition.

Despite a nightmare Champions League campaign in the 2022/23 season - the run to the Europa League final in 2021/22 helped Rangers to a high position in the coefficient table.

Celtic, meanwhile, placed 69th in the UEFA rankings - 41 places below Rangers.
