Celtic are reportedly expected to make a transfer approach to sign long-time target Mathias Kvistgaarden.
The Parkhead club have been linked with the Brondby striker in previous windows but a move never materialised.
Now, it has been reported that Celtic chiefs could return to the table to discuss a move for the 22-year-old forward as Kyogo Furuhashi heads for Rennes in a £10m deal.

However, as it stands there have been no discussions between Celtic and Brondby over a transfer agreement this month.
Brondby, according to Sky Sports, will command a record bid to allow Kvistgaarden to leave the club. It's thought they'll demand a £10m-plus fee for the forward this month.
Sky Sports journalist Anthony Joseph reported: "Celtic are expected to make another approach for Brondby striker Mathias Kvistgaarden.
"Brondby are not keen to sell the 22yo in this window, unless a record bid in excess of £10m came in.
"As things stand, there's been no official contact between the clubs this month."

Kvistgaarden recently broke his silence on transfer speculation surrounding him as he admitted he is aware of a rumoured move to Glasgow.
Speaking to Danish outlet 3 point, he said: “Yes, I think I can [maintain focus amidst transfer noise].
“Of course, there is a lot you can read about and listen to, but I try to ignore it as much as possible and just concentrate on training here (Brondby) every day.
“In the end, as a player, I can’t really do anything except do the best I possibly can – whether it's for one place or another. That’s the way it is.”
