Forgotten Celtic loanee Marco Tilio has been handed a surprising recall to the Australian national team.
The winger has already registered nine caps for the Socceroos but hasn't played for his country in over a year.
Now, after some recent eye-catching displays for Melbourne City, Tilio has been handed a call-up by boss Tony Popovic.
He is part of a 26-man squad that is set to face Indonesia and China in World Cup qualifiers later this month.

Tilio is currently on loan at City from Celtic. He joined the Parkhead side in the summer of 2023, just as Brendan Rodgers returned.
The 23-year-old's first few months in Glasgow's east end, however, didn't go to plan, as Tilio conjured up just two first-team appearances.
He was sent back down under on loan and, in recent times, has been in fine fettle for Melbourne.
Across his last four appearances, the right-winger has scored two goals, and this season, he has three in 11 games.
Speaking on Tilio, who is due back at Celtic in the summer, a few weeks after he initially joined the club, Rodgers said: "It’s been a really, really hard transition for him.
"The intensity of the game is totally different to what he is used to, so it’s been a challenge for him in training.
"I am not in any big rush for Marco."
