Celtic are reportedly leading the chase for Stal Mielec hitman Said Hamulic.
Reports in Poland have credited Ange Postecoglou's side with an interest in the 22-year-old - who has been the unexpected star of this season to date with nine goals and four assists to his name in just 17 games. He only made the move during the summer window from Lithuania but has already been linked with an exit from the club.
As reported by the Scottish Sun, president Jacek Klimek accepts his star man will probably leave during the January transfer window with a price tag of just over £2million set for any clubs interested in securing his signature. The Polish outfit owe his former club a whopping 30 per cent sell-on in a big pay day for them.
He said: "Our top scorer and best player, Said Hamulic, will probably leave us this winter.
"His transfer has not yet been agreed upon, but it will be difficult to keep him. He is already thinking about his next move.
"We negotiate every day with clubs and just this week, we rejected an offer from a French club.
"We have a set price for him of around 2.5million Euros [£2.2m] and the offers we have received are not far away from that.
"Remember, we have to pay the club in Lithuania that we bought him from a sell-on fee of around 30 per cent, so our profits won't be that big when we do sell him."
The Hoops have already made three January additions so far. Alistair Johnston, Yuki Kobayashi and Tomoki Iwata have all signed on the dotted line.
Josip Juranovic could be heading the other way with interest high in the defender with his World Cup exploits with Croatia raising his profile further. Chelsea and Barcelona are amongst those believed to be keen.
FC Midtjylland are also reported to be interest in Giorgos Giakoumakis with his future uncertain after contract talks stalled.
