It's not the first time the Ultras have headed to the club's training base before a big match, as they did the same before Neil Lennon's side were defeated 2-0 to Rangers in the first league game last season.
But there's expectation among those of a Celtic persuasion that Ange Postecoglou and his players will produce against the Premiership champions this time around.
The Parkhead side boast a three-point advantage and a win at the home of their great rivals will make them firm favourites to finish on top with six games remaining after Sunday.
There will be 700 Celtic supporters within Ibrox on Sunday and former boss Brendan Rodgers - who basked in the glow of bumper away crowds in Govan - believes the time has come for it to return to the old way, reports the Daily Record.
He said: “To feel a game as Celtic manager against Rangers is such a special occasion. I virtually remember all the games as Celtic manager against Rangers and they’re such tense games.
“But I think that extra bit comes when you have that 7,000, 8,000 supporters that travel as well because that really brings the atmosphere up a little bit more as well.
"Hopefully they can get back to those numbers again, but in the meantime – home or away – they’re incredible games to be involved in and if you can win, they’re extra special.”
