Celtic fans have been branded 'disrespectful' for their chants aimed at Prince William during last night's Champions League tie at Villa Park.
Brendan Rodgers' men went down 4-2 to Aston Villa on the final night of the UCL league phase.
The Battle of Britain clash proved to be a cracker, with viewers all across the country tuning in to watch the Scottish Premiership giants put themselves up against the Premier League high-flyers.
Off the field, it's believed there were some chants from a section of the travelling support regarding the Royal Family and the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.
Simon Jordan was asked to address the situation on talkSPORT this morning alongside Jim White.

"It's freedom of speech, isn't it?" he said. "I think they are an irrelevance, but they are entitled to their opinion.
"If you want to sing about the death of a monarch then there is something wrong with you, but Prince William is privy to other people's opinions on him – is it treason?

"I think it's distasteful to say those sorts of things. You can be anti-royal, you can not believe in the monarchy - and lots of people do. I'm moderately middle of the road about it.

"You can disagree with something fundamentally without having to be disrespectful, and to talk about the death of a monarch and the challenges of that family in the way they do - I think it indicates a certain mindset."
