The team news is in from Hampden Park as Scotland take on Ukraine in World Cup play-off semi-final action.
It's set to be an emotional evening in Mount Florida with Steve Clarke's side aiming to reach Sunday's final against Wales via victory against a team who's nation is suffering the consequences of war due to a Russian invasion.
Emotions have to be parked as much as possible though on both sides in anticipation of reaching the biggest stage in football, which in the home team's case, wold be a first since 1998.
Nathan Patterson has been Clarke's go-to right-back in recent matches but injury means the Everton star is out of this one, opening the door for Aaron Hickey to step in ahead of Motherwell captain and Wishaw's Stephen O'Donnell.
Former Celtic and current Arsenal defender Kieran Tierney of Muirhouse is also out of action in a blow for the team, and Clarke calls upon Liam Cooper to replace him.
Motherwell vice-captain Liam Kelly is on the bench alongside Lewis Ferguson from Hamilton and former Albion Rovers striker Ross Stewart, but Bellshill-born Anthony Ralston and David Turnbull of Wishaw - both who feature for Celtic - are left out entirely.
Scotland XI: Gordon, McTominay, Hanley, Cooper; Hickey, Gilmour, McGregor, Robertson; McGinn; Adams, Dykes.
Subs: Kelly, Marshall, O'Donnell, Souttar, Christie, Hendry, McKenna, Armstrong, Stewart, Brown, Ferguson, Taylor.
Ukraine XI: Bushchan, Karavaev, Zabarnyl, Matvlyenko, Mykolenko, Stepanenko, Malinosvkyi, Zinchenko, Tsygankov, Yaremchuk, Yarmolenko.
