CELTIC-daft Rod Stewart told crowds the BBC "made him" sing Sweet Caroline at the Queen's Jubilee concert.
The 77-year-old rocker performed to thousands outside Buckingham Palace on Saturday night and, despite boasting dozens of iconic songs, he finished off with a cover of the 1969 Neil Diamond single.
After delivering an energetic rendition of his classic hit Baby Jane, Rod told his audience: "This is the final one for me to sing and the BBC made me sing it.
"Join me and make it comfortable for me."
Sweet Caroline has become associated with Rangers in recent years after former gaffer Steven Gerrard said in an interview that Alfredo Morelos was dancing to the song after scoring a winner against Livingston.
Nevertheless, the singer still wowed the crowds who were singing along to the tune.
Ahead of the concert, Rod also left a cheeky message for the Queen herself which he shared on Instagram.
It read: "Celtic are champions again. Your Majesty!! Guess who?"
