Charlie Nicholas believes Ange Postecoglou WON'T make the same mistake as Steven Gerrard and jump ship to the English Premier League.
The Celtic boss has made a huge impression during his first year in Glasgow winning the Premiership title back from Rangers and lifting the Premier Sports Cup in his first campaign. His side also went just shy of a year unbeaten before defeat to St Mirren last time out ahead of the international break.
His team are also competing in the Champions League this season in a section containing Real Madrid, Shakhtar Donestsk and RB Leipzig. Last season Gerrard left Rangers to take over the vacant position at Aston Villa, with a return to England's top flight a lure that the former Liverpool star was unable to reject.

Brendan Rodgers is under extreme pressure at Leicester City but Nicholas believes Postecoglou - who was also mentioned when the Brighton job was going - wouldn't be interested in the role at the Foxes and won't make the 'same mistake' as the former Ibrox boss.
He has no doubt the Aussie boss will leave at one point, but he reckons he will wait for the right opportunity and it will be with a European club - and NOT England.
Writing in his Scottish Daily Express column, Nicholas said: "Ange Postecoglou won’t be interested in the Leicester City job if it becomes available – but I think in the fullness of time he will leave Celtic and it will be to a European club.
"The lure of the Premier League is a huge one but I think there are times to make that move and I think Steven Gerrard made the wrong choice to go to Aston Villa last season.
"Ange won’t make the same mistake. He can see what happens down there. I could be wrong – and I was wrong about Gerrard – but I think he will wait until the right opportunity comes around. I have the feeling he is enjoying where he is and he wants to achieve more at Celtic.
"However, I think if he continues to bring success then it will lead to offers and I get the feeling he would like to work in Europe rather than England. Brendan Rodgers couldn’t wait to leave Celtic after falling out with Peter Lawwell and now he’s under pressure and Leicester don’t look like a great option for anyone right now."
