Rangers hero Barry Ferguson reckons Martin Boyle's match-winning abilities could be a perfect fit for either Celtic or his former club.
The 29-year-old has a place at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar to play for later this year and is currently facing the possibility of playing second tier Saudi Arabian football at Al-Faisaly if he can't negotiate a summer exit. Boyle joined the middle-east club in a money spinning exit from Hibs in January, where he spent seven years, winning the Championship and Scottish Cup. They have confirmed interest in re-signing him.
Celtic were previously linked with the winger in recent windows and Ferguson reckons it's a player that both clubs should keep an eye on due to how quick he is and his ability to change games. He told Go Radio: "Martin Boyle. I don’t know why Rangers or Celtic didn’t go for him. The thing that worried me about him was his end product but at Hibs he just got better and better and better.

"I was just surprised he went to Saudi Arabia but obviously the money is great. He’s a match winner, that’s what defenders hate.
"We were talking about Rabbi Matondo earlier on and saying to use his pace. Martin Boyle knows how to use his pace."
Both clubs won their opening Premiership matches and return to action this weekend, with Rangers hosting KIlmarnock and Celtic travelling to Ross County.
