Celtic's focus will turn sharply to Rangers after a rare dropped points in the Scottish Premiership.
The Hoops went into this one with a perfect home record and when Callum McGregor netted from distance it seemed that it would be a formality for the table toppers to go on and make it 17 from 17 at Parkhead. But Kevin van Veen netted a stunning solo goal to level and secure a priceless point for Motherwell against the reigning champions.
The result means the Steelmen join just St Mirren and the Light Blues in taking points off Ange Postecoglou's side this season who extend the gap at the top to 13 points with Michael Beale and Co in action tomorrow afternoon with a tricky outing at in-form Aberdeen. The league title is destined for Celtic Park once again with this blip potentially pushing the party back slightly. Here's three things we learned from Glasgow's east end.

Keeping faith
Ange Postecoglou decided to make just one change from last weekend's win over Kilmarnock.
The Hoops blew away the Rugby Park men inside 30 minutes and the team on the whole was rewarded with another go at Motherwell today. Cameron Carter-Vickers was the only player to come in with Yuki Kobayashi back on the bench.
With Jota, Liel Abada, Reo Hatate and James Forrest facing a big week to prove full fitness ahead of facing Rangers it was a big afternoon for the likes of Tomoki Iwata and Sead Haksabanovic to win the jersey for that Scottish Cup showdown at Hampden.
But the champions failed to replicate anywhere near that big performance and dropped some rare points at home.
There will now be some food for thought for the Hoops gaffer ahead of the trip to the national stadium.
Perfect record gone
Celtic had won 16 games from 16 home games before kick-off.
After Callum McGregor had opened the scoring you fancied them to kick-on and make it 17 and maintain that perfect record.
But fair play to Motherwell and Kevin van Veen for an excellent finish to secure a big point.
That's only St Mirren, Rangers and the Well who have managed to take points off the Hoops this season.
All eyes on Hampden
Celtic's focus will now turn sharply to Rangers and the Scottish Cup after a disappointing afternoon.
The Hoops can take a huge stride towards winning a domestic Treble with victory at Hampden next week.
Michael Beale's men are the holders and the winner of the tie will face Falkirk or Inverness.
The League Cup is in the bag and the Premiership title is imminent.
Ange Postecoglou's men boast an impressive Hampden record and have already defeated Rangers at the venue this season.
