Celebrity MasterChef's new series features an all star line-up who are all hoping to impress judges Gregg Wallace and John Torode. Amongst the celebrities taking part is singer Melanie Blatt, who competes in the second heat of this year's competition.
Melanie, who is from Camden in London, began her career in 1993 when she sang under the name Melanie Guillaume in the band Drive with Julienne Davis. However, it was later that year where she really entered the music fold when she met Shaznay Lewis at the Metamorphosis recording studio in All Saints Road, London.
Together, with Simone Rainford, they formed the group All Saints 1.9.7.5 which was later renamed to All Saints when Simone left and Nicole and Natalie Appleton joined Melanie and Shaznay.

All Saints have gained five number one singles, two multi-platinum albums, two BRIT Awards and have sold over 10 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling girl groups of all time, and the second best-selling girl group in the UK. They're famous songs include Pure Shores, I Know Where it's At and a cover of Red Hot Chilli Peppers' Under The Bridge.
After four years together, All Saints parted ways in 2001. In 2003, Melanie released her debut solo single 'Do Me Wrong', but was later dropped by her record label, and her solo album was cancelled. But in 2005, she made a return to music with her single 'See Me'. Then in 2014, All Saints made a comeback, and reunited. They continue to perform and tour together to this day.
Perhaps Melanie's most prominent television role was when she appeared as a judge on The X Factor New Zealand between 2013-2015.
Is Melanie Blatt married?
Melanie married Stuart Zender, former bassist for Jamiroquai, in 1998. However, the couple split in 2006. The pair have a daughter Lilyella, who was born on November 20, 1998.
It is not known if Melanie is in a relationship at this time.
