Celebrity house woes as Storm Keating rows with cleaner – Building delays, cons and theft

After Storm Keating hit back at a former cleaner's claims that she and husband Ronan refused to pay a £500 bill, we take a look at some of the most prolific home traumas had by celebrities.

In case you missed it, the mum-of-two and wife of Ronan Keating called out Jasmina Dimitrieva on Instagram.

Fashion designer Storm shared a series of photos of her £5million house after it had been cleaned.

The blonde beauty said that cleaner Jasmina had left her family home in a "disgraceful state" and said she had been left with "no choice but to share the truth on the matter."

She spoke out after Jasmina said her staff had been double booked with a removal service who were 'walking around making a mess'. She also claimed the Keatings refused to pay up the £500 bill for her services, which Storm has since denied.

But there have been a fair amount of celebs who have gone through dramas relating to their homes – keep reading to discover the most prolific traumas, from Katie Price to Mark Wright, and Kris Jenner to Pamela Anderson.

Mum and daughter duo Khloe and Kris were conned by a builder who ran off with the deeds to their side-by-side mansions.

In an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians back in June 2021, Khloe could be seen chatting with sister Kendall about how she and Kris had put their mansion-building plans because the contractor they had hired ran off with their money and the deeds to the plots.

She told her younger sister: "We don't have houses currently.

"We ran a background check on him. He had a 35-page rap sheet. I told mom I was not comfortable using him. Mom wanted to still use him.

"We ended up firing him because he sucked and he was trying to steal from me and now he took our houses and they’ve been on a stand still."

Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan building delays

Mark and Michelle have been planning to move into their huge family home for some months, but the Covid-19 pandemic has caused multiple delays.

The couple who have a net-worth of around £12million, have been documenting the construction process after purchasing the original property for £1.3million in October 2019.

They won planning approval for the building project back in January 2020 but various lockdowns and restrictions meant construction was stop-start.

But now they have demolished a farmhouse almost completed building a five-bedroom mansion complete with bar, gym, granny annexe and outdoor swimming pool.

Two years on from initially winning planning permission, they're closer to a moving in date.

The former couple who are hitting the headlines at the moment filmed a sex tape while on their honeymoon in 1995, that wasn't intended to be seen by anybody but them.

After Tommy Lee refused to pay a builder, the sex tape was stolen under bizarre circumstances and released to the public without their consent.

It all started when Baywatch actress Pamela and Motley Crue musician Tommy Lee tied the knot in Cancun, 96 hours after their first date.

Soon after the exchange in nuptials, they moved in together and locked the tape away in their garage.

Their new Malibu home needed renovating and to get the jobs done they hired a number of builders for various jobs.

These workers allege that Pam and Tommy were a total nightmare with their constant demands as they sipped on cocktails by the pool, and firing people willy nilly.

Electrician Rand Gauthier claimed Tommy held him at gunpoint and demanded he get off the property, and was then owed $20,000 for his work, with Tommy refusing to pay up.

Wanting to seek revenge, he broke in and stumbled across the infamous sex tape.

They sold copies online to keen bidders, and when the tape was mentioned in a Daily Mail article several months later, the secret was out and the couple were made aware of how badly their privacy had been violated.
