Celebrity Gogglebox is back with a bang. The new series kicked off on Friday, June 16, with some returning favourites and brand-new stars in the line-up. There were also some originals missing from the new cast list leaving viewers at home gutted, you can read more on this here.
New celebrities include Davina McCall and her partner Michael Douglas, Katherine Ryan and her husband Bobby, Jane McDonald and her friend Sue, Chris Packham CBE with his step-daughter Megan and many more. You can see more famous faces in the cast list here.
And despite the show already starting, Channel 4 bosses have confirmed that more stars will be joining the show throughout the series. In it's latest announcement, Gogglebox teased it was a "long-awaited sofa-reunion for our favourite TV family," before sharing a picture of The Royle Family stars Ricky Tomlinson and Sue Johnston.

Ricky, 83, played patriarch Jim Royle in the BBC comedy, with veteran actress Sue, 79, playing his wife Barbara. The iconic show ran from 1998 to 2000, along with five one-off specials, and starred Ralf Little, current Gogglebox narrator Craig Cash and the late Caroline Aherne, who also narrated Gogglebox when it first aired in 2013. The pair also played Bobby and Sheila Grant in Channel 4 soap Brookside.
Reacting to the exciting news, one fan wrote: "THIS IS EVERYTHING," while another added: "I like these two they have great chemistry after working together for so many years as Bobby and Sheila Grant in Brookside and then as Jim and Barbara Royle in The Royle Family."
"Dreams do come true," said a third, while another comment read: "Now this is a genius booking!"
Echoing what others had said, another tweet said: "The Royle Family has to be the inspiration for Gogglebox surely? What a genius booking!!"
