From Lana Del Rey’s secret wedding ceremony to Sex Education’s Connor Swindells’ on-screen father officiating his wedding, here’s a look at some of the key celebrity weddings from this year.
Usher and Jennifer Goicoechea
Singer Usher, 46, and Jennifer Goicoechea, 41, were married in February in Las Vegas.
Usher initially connected to Goicoechea in 2019 after they were spotted together at the 40th birthday celebration of their mutual friend, producer Keith Thomas. They have two children together.
Goicoechea is a very successful business executive.
Saoirse Ronan and Jack Lowden
In July, actors Saoirse Ronan, 30, and Jack Lowden, 34, got married in a private ceremony at an Edinburgh register office. The two have been dating since they met in 2018, while costarring in Mary Queen of Scots.
The couple has mostly kept their relationship quiet, declining to discuss it in interviews, despite Lowden sharing a few minor details about it on social media, like their recent trip to Seoul and the Glastonbury festival.
Scott Mills and Sam Vaughan
Scott Mills, a BBC Radio 2 DJ, married his long-time partner, Sam Vaughan, in June at a beachfront property close to Barcelona.
In addition to performances by Joel Corry, Sam Ryder, Pixie Lott, and Calum Scott, their day featured master of ceremonies Chris Stark, a former co-host of Scott Mills.
Talulah Riley and Thomas Brodie-Sangster
Talulah Riley and Thomas Brodie-Sangster got married in June in a formal ceremony.
After meeting on the set of Pistol in 2021, Brodie-Sangster, 34, who is arguably best remembered for his portrayal as Sam in Love Actually, and Talulah, 38, who became well-known after starring in St Trinian's in 2007, confirmed their engagement last year.
The couple was grinning as they walked hand in hand in photos that The Sun was able to acquire.
Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi
Rock icon Jon Bon Jovi confirmed in May that his son Jake Bongiovi, 22, got married to Millie Bobby Brown, 20, star of Stranger Things.
The pair had a private ceremony in May and held another ceremony in Italy in September.

Singer Lana Del Rey, 39, tied the knot with alligator tour guide Jeremy Dufrene, 49, in September.
According to the marriage licence seen by AP, the ceremony took place in Des Allemands, Louisiana, in the area where Dufrene works as a captain at Airboat Tours by Arthur.
The singer has kept her relationship very private but recently revealed, “We’re happy”.
Rebel Wilson and Ramona Agruma
Actress Rebel Wilson, 44, and her fashion designer Ramona Agruma, 40, announced their engagement at Disneyland in February 2023, along with pictures of the stunning Tiffany & Co. ring.
The couple married in a small destination wedding in Porto Cervo, on the Italian island of Sardinia, in September 2024.
Amber Anderson and Connor Swindells
After meeting on the set of Autumn de Wilde's Emma, actors Amber Anderson, 32, and Connor Swindells, 28, got married in October at Boath House in Nairn.
Actor Alistair Petrie, who plays Connor's father in Sex Education, officiated the wedding, and their rescue dog Moose served as the ring bearer.
The event also featured a traditional ceilidh, during which the bride changed into another Vivienne Westwood gown.
