CCTV images released as teen robbed and forced to hand over e-scooter in Bulwell

CCTV images have been released by police after a teen was forced to hand over his e-scooter. Police were made aware of an alleged robbery in Station Road, Bulwell, shortly after 6pm, on January 9.

A teenage boy was riding his e-scooter in the area when he was approached by two men, threatened and made to hand over his scooter. Officers are now seeking the public’s help to locate two people pictured in released CCTV footage, as they believe the pair have important information which could help with their investigation.

PC Samuel Richardson, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “We’re looking to speak with both people in these pictures as we believe they could help us with our investigation.

“No one was injured during this incident but having your possession stolen from you is still an incredibly upsetting ordeal to go through so we are doing everything possible to find those responsible.

“We’ve released these images in the hope that a member of the public will recognise the men and get in touch with us.” Anyone with any information or who recognises the people is asked to call 101, quoting incident number 529 of January 9, 2023, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
