Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to about break-ins at two Nottingham student properties. A speaker and a parcel were taken from a property on Portland Road, where kitchen cupboards were also raided.
Parcels were also stolen from a separate student house in Waverley Street. Both incidents took place on December 1 last year, with Nottinghamshire Police issuing an appeal for information on Monday (February 6).
The crimes took place at some point between 6.30am and 8.30am. Police believe they are linked.

Detective Constable Ruth Towle, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: "We would ask that anyone who recognises this man gets in touch with us as we believe he has information that could assist our investigation. Nobody should have to go through the ordeal of having their property burgled, so we’re committed to doing whatever we can to ensure offences of this nature are as rare as possible."
Anyone who has any information about either burglary is asked to call the police on 101, quoting incident 262 of 1 December 2022. Crimestoppers can also be called anonymously on 0800 555 111.
