CCTV footage released after laptop and games console stolen from Ashton home

A laptop and video games console were stolen in a burglary and break-in in the Ashton area of Bristol. Avon and Somerset Police have released CCTV footage of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the burglary.

Officers are making enquiries after a home on Ashton Road was broken into on Wednesday, January 11 between 2pm and 2.30pm. Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the burglary, or who can help track down the man, to make contact.

The man is described as white, in his late 30s or early 40s, and was seen wearing a grey hoodie with a black stripe.

Investigating officers would like to talk to the man pictures as part of their enquiries (Avon and Somerset Police)

The items taken from the property included a video games console and a laptop.

Witnesses to the burglary, or anyone who can help officers trace the man seen in the footage, are asked to call us on 101 and provide the call-handler with reference number 5223008341.
