Police investigating a crash in which three people were seriously injured have released an image of a man they want to speak with.
A black Volkswagen Sharan hit a tree in Stockport the night before New Year's Eve, leaving three people inside with 'serious but not life-threatening injuries', Greater Manchester Police said.
GMP said the car was being driven southbound on Mauldeth Road heading towards the junction with Didsbury Road in Heaton Mersey at the time.

But it 'failed to turn left or right onto Didsbury Road' and continued straight on, careering off the road and smashing into a tree. Police have now released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak with.
PC Thomas Jonson, from GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: "We are doing all we can to try and establish the full extent of this incident and speaking with this man, we think, will help our investigation significantly.
"This incident happened on a busy stretch of road and any information that we receive could be vital, so no matter how big or small.
"If you have any information, CCTV or doorbell footage, mobile footage, dash cam or cycle footage from around the times of these incidents or of the male pictured, please do get in touch with GMP."
Police said they received reports of the collision at 11.15pm on December 30 last year.
A spokesman said: "Enquiries suggested that a black Volkswagen Sharan was being driven southbound on Mauldeth Road heading to the junction with Didsbury Road.
"The vehicle failed to turn left or right onto Didsbury Road and continued straight forward, left the carriageway, and collided with a tree. Emergency services attended the scene and three occupants of the vehicle sustained serious but not life-threatening injuries."
No further details have been provided and there's been no update on the condition of those injured.
