Police have issued a CCTV appeal after a man was punched in the face and stood on at a Stockport train station.
British Transport Police (BTP) officers are investigating the assault at Cheadle Hulme station, which occurred sometime between 11.30pm on Saturday March 11 and 12.10am on Sunday March 12.
They have released an image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the assault, and are asking members of the public to get in touch with any information.

In a statement, BTP said: "British Transport Police officers investigating an assault at Cheadle Hulme station have released a CCTV image in connection.
"The incident occurred sometime between 11.30pm on Saturday 11 March and 12.10am on Sunday 12 March, when the victim was punched in the face and stood on. Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information that could help with their investigation.
"Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016, or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 7 of 12/03/23. Information can also be given anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
