Property advisor CBRE has announced a restructure of its leadership team in Scotland, following a strategic review of the business aimed at driving growth over the next five years.
Executive director Miller Mathieson will take on a new strategic operational role looking at growth across a number of service lines, while Steven Newlands in the capital markets team will assume Mathieson's previous role as managing director for Scotland.
Mark Little, head of the project management and building consultancy team, will replace Newlands as head of CBRE’s Edinburgh office, and Andy Cunningham will become head of advisory and transactions for Scotland.
The changes come into effect immediately.
Mathieson commented: “We are looking to ambitiously grow the revenue of our business in core service lines and diversify our service line offering in Scotland.
“These changes will enable us to create and implement a structure that enhances our operational and organisational efficiency, drive future growth and allow us to invest in growing key areas of the business.”
Newlands said: “We have ambitious plans for the business in Scotland and I am excited at the prospect of helping to lead the Scottish team through this next chapter.”
Andy Cunningham added: “It's a real privilege to accept this new role, and I look forward to further supporting our clients, growing the team's instruction base, building on our reputation for services, insight and technology.”
