The Indianapolis Colts nominated cornerback Kenny Moore as the team’s 2024 Walter Payton Man of the Year Award.
One player from each team is nominated and the winner of the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award will be announced on February 8th, 2025.
This is the second time that Moore has been nominated for the award. His first nomination came in 2021.
“The Walter Payton Man of the Year Award, which recognizes an NFL player for his excellence on and off the field, is the most prestigious honor an NFL player can receive,” wrote the Colts’ team site.

On the field, as he has done for a number of years now with the Colts, Moore continues to make an impact in a variety of ways.
He’s been a sound tackler and has been one of the most productive cornerbacks in football against the run, ranking second among his position group in run stops. Meanwhile in coverage, Moore is holding pass-catchers to just 7.9 yards per reception with three pass breakups and an interception.
