Argentine artist Cazzu hasn't performed live on stage for over a year and a half, but the trap sensation is now ready to make a comeback.
After taking a professional hiatus to focus on her daughter, Inti, the 'Nena Trampa' star has announced her return to the stages, always keeping her daughter born in September 2023 as a result of her relationship with Mexican singer Christian Nodal, close by her side.
Her much-anticipated return to the live music scene will occur at the Buenos Aires Trap Festival, where Cazzu is one of the headlining acts.
She will share the spotlight with Bizarrap, Eladio Carrión, Khea, and other major urban music stars, including Duki, who already electrified the crowd of over 30,000 attendees on the festival's opening day.
Cazzu made the announcement on Instagram, sharing photos showing her in comfortable attire, rehearsing with her dance team, working out, and spending time with Inti. Fans flooded the comments with excitement, celebrating the return of "La Jefa" to the stage.
"Start praying because the boss is back," wrote one user, capturing the sentiment of countless fans expressing love and support, particularly from Mexico, the home of her ex Christian Nodal and his new wife Ángela Aguilar.
Cazzu last performed live in April 2023 at the Movistar Arena in her native Argentina, where she revealed her pregnancy to the crowd.
This comeback marks Cazzu's gradual return to social media as well. After facing criticism and controversy during her relationship with Nodal, including its connection to his prior relationship with Ángela Aguilar, Cazzu cleared all content from her Instagram.
On November 19 she reappeared with a post showing moments from the recording studio, gym workouts, and time with Inti, who featured prominently in the images. Fans speculate that she may introduce Inti to her audience during the Buenos Aires Trap Festival.
Cazzu's return to the stage is likely just the beginning. Reports suggest she is finalizing her fourth studio album, following in the footsteps of her most successful project to date, 'Nena Trampa.' Released under RIMAS Entertainment, the album featured collaborations with artists like Randy, De La Ghetto, and María Becerra.
