Cat Deeley has revealed she is having a bracelet made with her sons Milo and James' skin, as well as using their baby teeth to decorate the bangle.
The 45-year-old telly presenter made the jaw-dropping revelation on The Sheerluxe Show podcast.
She is a loving mum to Milo, six, and James, three.
And Cat has commissioned London-based artist Conor Joseph to create the sentimental bracelets for her.
She told the podcast: "I'm having a bangle made with their skin on it, and I'm going to get him to dip the baby teeth in gold and then attach them one by one to my bracelet.
"The tooth fairy came. But she had very little small change and had to give notes.
"So I am like, 'What am I going to do with this tooth?'.
"I'm going to get him to dip the teeth in gold and attach them one by one to my bracelet. They will dangle and it'll look nuts."
Cat jokingly added: "I do have to write to the tooth fairy asking for the tooth back."
It comes after Cat's good pal Edith Bowman shut down rumours they once had a romantic relationship.
The radio star revealed she was only platonically 'in love' with her pal.
"Cat Deeley and I, who are still really good mates, we started MTV at the same time and we'd spent so much time just hanging out and going out," the 48-year-old said of the SM:TV Live host.
In the 1990s, the two presented on Hitlist UK and then went on to travel across the US for the show Roadtripping.
"We came up with the idea [while] watching Thelma and Louise one night with a bottle of wine going, 'Wouldn't it be great to do a show like this?'" Edith said on Angela Scanlon's Thanks a Million podcast.
"We were really good mates, and we are really good mates still.
"And it was like, 'Oh, Cat and Edith are in a lesbian relationship'."
The rumours began when they were pictured leaving the Met bar in each other's arms.
"Photographs of us kind of holding each other up, coming out of the Met bar or whatever was because we were p****d it wasn't because we were like, licking each other's faces off!
"We are in love, but as friends kind of thing, It's so bizarre."
