Castle Rock's Yard Party is back, with revellers told to expect "an insane line-up of beers from near and far, some of the best street food Notts has to offer, and a killer line-up of music to keep you dancing all day." The annual two-day beer, music and food festival is hosted in the Nottingham brewery's yard and adjoining brewery tap, the Vat & Fiddle, in Queensbridge Road.
It will take place on Friday, May 12 from 3pm-10.30pm and Saturday May 13, 1pm-3pm exclusively for Castle Rock app users and 3pm-10.30pm for everyone else.
Last year's event had over 20 cask beers and more than 40 in keg, plus traditional ciders, and a gin bar. This year will be just as special and as always there will be even more beer available at the Vat & Fiddle.

There will be food on offer to soak up the beer, both savoury and sweet. Vendors include Working Man’s Kitchen, Jerk Station, Castle Rock Kitchen, Deep Vat Fryer and Yums.
Rock and blues band Eddie & The Wolves, soul duo Chai & Ben, mod/punk band The Score and DJ Squid are amongst the line-up providing the entertainment over the two days. There will also be free brewery tours during the Yard Party on a first come, first served basis.
Tickets are available from gigantic.com. Prices range from £14.30 (Friday) to £16.50 (Saturday). The Vat & Fiddle will be open as normal for those not attending the Yard Party.
