Manchester United produced a trademark Erik ten Hag win with late goals in their 3-1 FA Cup fifth round win over West Ham on Wednesday.
Alejandro Garnacho produced the moment of the match when he curled home the winner in the 90th-minute before Fred made sure of the win in added time. An own goal from Nayef Aguerd had initially drawn United level 23 minutes after Said Benrahma’s opener on 54 minutes.
The win keeps United’s quadruple hopes alive with the visit of Fulham in the last-eight later this month. Here are four things Reds fans may have missed during the 90 minutes at Old Trafford.

Casemiro’s excited goal celebration
Casemiro’s passionate celebrations after both goals and defensive phases have only helped to endear him to the United faithful. Reds fans were treated to another emphatic reaction when Garnacho bent in his fourth senior goal.
When the ball hit the net, instead of initially heading over to the scorer, Casemiro wheeled off in celebration (pictured below, top centre) towards the Stretford End before going over to congratulate the teenager. The midfielder was beaming at full-time.

Erik ten Hag was furious when the officials waved away penalty appeals when Garnacho was felled in the area on 82 minutes. The Dutchman was out of his seat baying for a late spot-kick.
A minute later, Garnacho was chopped down by Pablo Fornals on the byline just yards from where Ten Hag was standing. Fornals was yellow carded with the United boss down the touchline remonstrating with the referee for the forceful challenge on his starlet.
He was overjoyed when the 18-year-old found the winner and gave him a big pat on the chest when he came off to a standing ovation a few minutes later.
Casemiro gesture to Fernandes
Casemiro was a telling presence when he came on at half-time and had a header from a free-kick ruled out for offside on 73 minutes. It was take two when the free-kick was given for the aforementioned foul on Garnacho.
As Fernandes lined up the ball to whip in, Casemiro trotted to the penalty spot to indicate where he wanted the ball. The No.8 duly obliged and produced a pinpoint ball onto the Brazilian’s head, albeit the header went straight into the gloves of Alphonse Areola.
Weghorst spurs on teammates
In what was an incredibly drab first half, Wout Weghorst was seen trying to urge his teammates on as the clock struck 45 minutes. An overhit ball to Fernandes saw the ball dribble out of play near the corner flag to several groans.
But instead of fixating on the upcoming break, Weghorst was seen beckoning his colleagues to close in on their opponents into a tight area in the hope of stealing the ball back. It was one of only a few moments of leadership shown in the first period amid a much-changed line-up.
