Boris Johnson's wife Carrie is expecting the couple's third child together, she has confirmed on social media.
Carrie, 35, announced the news in an Instagram post, writing: "New team member arriving in just a few weeks. I've felt pretty exhausted for much of the last 8 months but we can't wait to meet this little one."
Speaking of the pair's other two children, she added: "Wilf is v excited about being a big brother again and has been chattering about it nonstop. Don't think Romy has a clue what’s coming…She soon will!"

Carrie and the former Prime Minister, 58, announced their engagement in 2019, and welcomed their first child, son Wilfred, in April 2020. The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony at Westminster Cathedral in May 2021, and their daughter Romy was born later that year in December.
The new baby will be Boris Johnson's eighth child, having fathered four children with his first wife Marina Wheeler. He went on to have a child with arts consultant Helen Macintyre in 2009 while still married to Wheeler, and there was speculation that he may have had another child from an extramarital affair - however, Johnson denied this in September 2021.
Carrie attended the King's Coronation earlier this month alongside her husband, attracting speculation that she could be expecting as she arrived in a loose-fitting navy dress and large overcoat.
