'Carragher's not even come out yet' - Gary Neville films 'best live video ever' as Floyd Mayweather dumps car in busy London street

Jamie Carragher and Gary Neville quickly discovered that the mega-rich make their own rules when it comes to parking in London.

The Sky Sports punditry duo were leaving their hotel ahead of Sunday's Carabao Cup final at Wembley when they ran into some disruption outside.

Filming on Instagram, former Manchester United defender Neville showed a car obstructing the road with a red double-decker London bus unable to carry on down its route.

"I mean what's going on here? They've just dumped the car," said Neville on the broadcast, before a woman got out of the vehicle and asked who he was. "Footballer, I used to be. You've just dumped your card in the middle of the road?" he responded.

As a man got out of the car and headed into the hotel with the woman, Neville said: "No word of a lie, it's Floyd Mayweather. This is surreal. Floyd Mayweather's just walked into my hotel. He can dump his car anywhere he wants, that man. He doesn't have to ask people in London to park his car. He's just thrown it in the middle of a road right in the way of the Whitehall Horse guard's number 3 bus, which to be fair, is struggling like mad.

"This is the best live video you're ever going to see and Carragher's not even come out yet. He's still in the Jacuzzi."

Eventually, former Liverpool defender Carragher did join Neville in their own car, where the latter continues the broadcast. He said: "Floyd Mayweather's wife or partner said, 'oh, you're that footballer'. I've just worked out that Floyd Mayweather's wife or partner knows who I am." Looking at Carragher, he added: "Do you think she'd know who you were?"

The Anfield great defender could only laugh in response, unsure of what the true answer would be.

With the benefit of not having to catch the number 3 bus themselves, Neville and Carragher later co-commentated on Manchester United's 2-0 win over Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley.

Presumably they parked their car more responsibly than Mayweather on their return.
