Never one to shy away from talking openly about her love life Carol Vorderman has wished her "special friends" a happy Valentine's day. Carol has often spoken about her special friends on her social media and while appearing on the ITV morning show This Morning.
Carol has revealed to her fans and followers that she has 'special friends' to have fun with rather than a long-term committed relationship. While appearing on Michelle Visage's Rule Breakers podcast Carol said she was not "committed to someone", was having "the best time", and was using her special friend's system which she has used for 10 years.
She also said she has five special friends who all know about each other. On Valentine's day 2023, Carol posted a picture of her dress in a figure-clinging red dress and some very glam make-up and wished her "special friends" a happy Valentine's day. Carol said: "Happy Valentine's. To all my friends (including the special ones), to every kind person on this planet and to all singletons who don't feel they need just one person and to all singletons who don't feel they need just one person to "complete" them. Have a wonderful day."
Among those wishing Carol a happy Valentine's day in the comments was Welsh screenwriter Russell T Davies who said: "Happy Valentine's darling" followed by a red love heart emoji. Fellow This Morning star Vanessa Feltz, said: "And to you my darling chum" followed by pink and red heart emojis.
Vanessa, who is the agony aunt on This Morning, has recently revealed that she has ended her 16 year relationship with Phats & Small singer Ben Ofoedu. She posted an emotional video on Instagram explaining their split but said she was not going "let this defeat me".
