Welsh TV star Carol Vorderman has hinted at her next career move. She has been giving fans sneak peeks on her Instagram stories.
Carol shot to fame when she co-hosted Countdown from 1982 to 2008. After this she became a Loose Woman and she has also taken part in I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! and Strictly Come Dancing.
Now in a new video posted to her Instagram Carol can be seen holding and talking into a microphone. Many fans believe this means she is working on a new TV project or possibly a podcast.

She captioned the video: "Rehearsals for a new project, coming soon". Carol also showed her sitting in front of a camera and gave more hints about what the project is, suggesting she will be on TV.
Carol said: "Time for a final rehearsal for a new project I'm very excited about...All will be revealed in October...new to the screen" with a TV and star eyes emoji.
Many fans commented on the video about how excited they were for the new project. One said: "I will keep my eye on the TV listing in October."
Another said: "TV worth watching. Roll on October!" Recently Carol has been enjoying a fitness holiday in Portugal. While there she has been showing off her toned abs and her new figure.
She told fans she had dropped over a dress size and was "bursting with energy". In a separate Instagram post, where Carol showed off her new figure, she said: "I've dropped over a dress size and bursting with energy. Haven't been into these shorts for a few years and now they're loose. Boommmm."
The TV star is also appearing on Celebrity Gogglebox alongside close friend Gyles Brandreth. Since appearing on Celebrity Gogglebox there are rumours about her return to Countdown.
