Carol Vorderman, 62, looked glowing as she shared snaps with her fans in a pair of shiny blue trousers that showcased her toned legs before treating them to a glimpse of her workout.
The age-defying countdown star has been delighting her fans with her new podcast, centred around a tantalizing series of 10 quiz questions, since January.
And she has taken to Instagram to share her latest eye-popping promotion with her 323,000 followers as she sported a pair of curve-hugging, glossy blue leggings, which she matched with a long-sleeved top and a pair of towering heeled boots, reports The Star.
Giving a nod to Sosander for her fashionable fit, she captioned the post: "Making my way to the @perfect10carol studio for another AMAZING week of Perfect 10 quizzing."
She then called out to her legion of fans, saying, "My PERFECT TENNERS... tell me your Monday score in the comments below and I'll say hello."
Carol was also spotted flaunting her fabulous figure in skintight leggings as she prepared for an exhilarating workout session.
She penned in the caption: “MONDAY GYM SESH WITH @MELDEANE12! Boommmmmm! Wallop! It's Monday! LET'S GO.
“Off to a meeting now in town... Best get changed!!! Leggings: @pourmoiltd.”
It comes as Carol has been back on her social media blasting the Scottish Conservatives again, pointing out that 70% of Tory MPs allegedly don't declare their political party status on their social media.
The brainy beauty pleaded with her social media following to help her get to the bottom of crunching the numbers.
She wrote on Twitter: "I WANT YOUR HELP I've noticed a number of Tory MP & councillors removing mention of them being Tories from their social media profiles.
"I'd like to collate them and do some statistical work on this (you know I like numbers!) CAN YOU SCREENSHOT ANY YOU FIND AND POST HERE?"
She later wrote: "Some are now checking the numbers. Checks so far, out of 98 Tory MP twitter accounts, only 28 have 'Conservative' in their bio or header art!!!
"So far 70% of them have deleted any reference to their own political party #ToriesDeletingTory Will bring updates. Please RT."
"I'm howling laughing @LeeAndersonMP_quickly changed his bio from NOT including Conservative to now, since my tweet earlier, adding a Tory reference," Carol continued as she updated followers.
"Then he tells me to 'act your age' Lee luv, get a grip. RT gang It's too funny not to #ToriesDeletingTory."
In another dig, she quipped: "Another Tory election leaflet which doesn't mention that they're Tory. This one has even dropped the Tory blue and laughably uses the colour green just when the worst sewage pollution in our history has been announced."
She also wrote: "Tories HALVE social care workforce funding from 'at least £500m' to £250m Minister says gov 'focuses on recognising care with the status it deserves' In other words @Helen_Whately believes social care 'deserves' to be lied to? AGAIN Promise VS Actual."
