Carol Vorderman has revealed she had to take a restraining order out on a stalker earlier this year.
The Celebrity Gogglebox star, 62, told her fans that a 'Vorder stalker' meant she had to alter her travel plans throughout 2022, but civil restraining orders "have now been signed".
The TV presenter said nothing will be stopping her enjoying life in her camper van following the issue being resolved - as she pledged to enjoy more adventures in her beloved campervan next year.
The former Countdown star embarked on her campervan project at the start of this year - snapping up a a £40,000 motorhome and creating a dedicated Instagram account for her new home with wheels.
"We are gonna have lots of adventures if you wanna come with me on here," Carol teased to her fans at the time as she mapped out her travel plans for the year.
But it seems Carol sadly couldn't experience vanlife exactly how she initially planned to.
Taking to her Twitter account on Wednesday morning, the mum-of-two shared a montage of pictures and clips from her time on the road and various holidays abroad.
"Dear 2022, thanks for the memories," a voiceover captioned the collection of Carol's travel snaps.
"OUTDOORS 2022," wrote as she shared the TikTok video with her Twitter followers.
"I’m alive and breathe when I’m outdoors, properly outside.... From Juice Master Retreats walking 13 Miles a day.....to hiking in the @BreconBeaconsNP to beachcombing....I just love it all."
She added: "Next year I’ll be away much more in my @VordersVan."
Carol then followed up her first tweet with: "Had to go with my friends in their vans this year cos of a bit of a 'Vorder stalker' thing going on. But “civil restraining orders” have now been signed, so ONWARDS.....
"'Ain’t no stopping me now I’m on the move'."
The Mirror has approached representatives for Carol for further comment on this story.
Carol revealed earlier this year how her stint in the jungle in 2016 inspired her to buy a mobile home.
" I'm a Celebrity was the first time I slept under the stars for three whole weeks, no tent, just the sky and the air, and I became addicted to being outside," the star told HELLO! magazine.
"I've ordered a 4x4 van and working with a company to convert it. I've got a lot of farmer friends and I want to park up in their fields. I will go and see mates more, stop off in the Lake District."
She added: "I might get myself a dog, get the campfire going. I'll be able to put my blow-up paddleboards in it and it will have a hot shower and tiny kitchen.
"I've got a list of people who want to come with me. And anyone who says: 'Women of 60 shouldn't be doing things like this.' Well, it is happening. I've never felt freer."
Carol also owns two actual properties, one in Bristol and one in Wales, in addition to her motorhome.
