Carol Vorderman has been relaxing and rejuvenating in Portugal.
The 61-year-old started the New Year with a trip to sunnier climates and revisited her favourite health retreat.
Posting several snaps of her time abroad, Carol could be seen in gym wear as she hiked 12 miles.

Carol dressed in a long-sleeved black top and blue leggings.
She added a trendy pair of sunglasses and a white cap to finish the casual but glam look.
Sharing pictures on Instagram, Carol said: "Hello from Juicy Oasis Portugal where I'm on top of the world. @juicemasterretreats @jasonvale
"Walked 70 Miles this week and now upped it to 12 miles a day....in my favourite trainers @inov_8.
"Lots of spa baths and massages too....yessssssssss."
Carol recently shared how her mental health had been suffering.
In a video post she said: "Hello my lovelies hope you're well, OMG what a good New Year.
"I'm like a new woman, I think I was suffering from that Seasonal affect Disorder (S.A.D.) cus of lack of light, because it never got light in December."
Maths whizz Carol has had a hectic schedule of late, with posts shared on her social media pages from a variety of locations across the UK.
She also recently sold her house, saying she was "moving on to new adventures".
