Carol Vorderman offers advice to former pal being 'dropped' by PR company

Carol Vorderman had offered some "free advice" to Michelle Mone as she reignites their feud. Best known for being a Channel 4 Countdown legend, Carol is now a regular on the ITV show This Morning and BBC's Have I Got News For You.

The 62-year-old has recently hit out against her famous former pal Michelle, reports Birmingham Live. Baroness Mone is being investigated over claims that she failed to declare an interest when lobbying for PPE Medpro to supply personal protection equipment to the Government and NHS for £203million.

Mone has denied that she and her children received £29m from the deals, and has since taken a break from the House of Lords to defend herself whilst the government sues PPE Medpro for supplying 25 million 'unusable' surgical gowns.

Carol has previously spoken out about the investigation, and in a tweet Carol said: "The PR company Michelle Mone paid to 'rescue her image' has dropped her!!"

Carol also offered some "free PR advice" of her own in the tweet. Carol's political stances and outspoken tirades have drawn her plaudits from the likes of Tim Burgess. The Charlatans' lead singer tweeted: "Carol Vorderman helping bring down the government wasn’t on my 2023 bingo card but I’m very much here for it."

Meanwhile rapper Darren McGarvey said: “Welcome to Britain, where the only thing standing between us and the jaws of corporate tyranny is Carol Vorderman.”
