Carol Vorderman has got back into her fitness routine after having not done a "proper gym sesh for months". The former Countdown presenter has shared a series of pictures on social media of her working out, which shows off her incredible figure.
In one of the snaps Carol, 61, is outside lifting weights, whilst wearing black leggings, trainers and a mustard-coloured top. Another image shows her lying on a bench press, along with the caption: "FIRST GYM SESH WITH @meldeane12 I haven't done a proper gym sesh for a few months.
"No excuses. Being busy isn't a good enough excuse, stupid woman. Anyway had a nice little refresher with Mel this morning. Loved it. Poor bugger is going to be stuck with me now. Happy Sunday everyone." And many of Carol's 313,000 followers on Instagram have been quick to praise here and comment on how well she is looking.
One fan posted: "You've done the hardest part by returning to the gym - keep up the great start and enjoy." Another wrote: "Can you get any fitter?" A third penned: "Stunning."
A fourth commented: "Dear Carol. Hard to believe that you are more stunning (& not just slightly) at your age than you were when you were a plain fledgling mathematical alongside the delightful Richard Whiteley on "Countdown" back in the day.
While fifth wrote: "You look like 25-year-old working out there. Well done you." We told you recently how Carol said that her former pal Michelle Mone should be "slammed in jail where she belongs" over a PPE scandal.
Appearing on ITV's This Morning she broke her silence over a feud between the pair. The telly favourite revealed she dropped the Scots underwear tycoon "like a stone as soon as she realised what kind of person she was."
Carol laid into her former mate on the daytime programme, alleging the Conservative peer made millions out of a government contract - something which she denies. The pair used to enjoy many luxury nights out together but that friendship started to fade away amid Michelle's alleged involvement in awarding of government PPE contracts.
