The 61-year-old is currently enjoying a holiday in Portugal.
Carol started the New Year with a trip to sunnier climates and revisited her favourite health retreat.

Posting several snaps of her time abroad, Carol is using her time off work to hike.
Sharing pictures on Instagram, Carol said: "Hello from Juicy Oasis Portugal where I'm on top of the world. @juicemasterretreats @jasonvale."
But during her break, she has been forced to issue an important warning to fans.
Posting on her Instagram Stories, Carol informed her followers that a scammer is pretending to be her.
She said: "@carolvorders01900 is a fake account. All accounts other than mine @carolvorders with the blue tick are fake.
"This is the message they are sending to people who follow. It's a scam, I'm afraid. Please report them."
The message sent by the scam account suggests Carol is reaching out to her fans.
It states that her management wouldn't let her send messages on her verified account, hence why she is using a smaller profile.
But as Carol stated, this is a fake account.
