Carol Vorderman said goodbye as she made it to the final day of her juice retreat.
The 61-year-old posted a bittersweet shot to Instagram where she gave her followers one last update on her juicing journey. For the past few weeks, Carol has been on a health retreat with other celebs where she's managed to shave off a full dress size.
Over the course of her duration at the retreat she has continued to keep her fans updated on her progress but, in a new snap, said it would be the "final" time. The caption said: "The final sunrise before we meet again.

"I've had an amazing few weeks here at @juicemasterretreats …. Coming home healthy and strong and happy Thank you as ever @jasonvale for creating this magical place, and thanks @alexscott2 for being my gym buddy.
"I’ll do you proud by the next time we meet I swear. I’ll be back again soon Juicy you can count on that."

The impact of the retreat has done wonders as Carol admitted she can fit into clothes she hasn't worn in years. In a previous update, the presenter showed off her lean physique in a pair of denim shorts she admitted had been long forgotten about.
