Carol Vorderman has given an update on the 'love of her life' - her Vorder Van.
The engineering fan purchased her own van earlier in the year with the idea of kitting it out, ready for adventures. Ever enthusiastic about engineering, cars and planes, Carol invested in a new van which she planned to transform into a mobile home.
At the time of buying the van, she described the moment that they 'met' as she said: "In the rain in Aberystwyth after a four hour drive... and then I fall in love."

But since then there haven't been too many updates on the progress of the van. Today, the former Countdown host explained why.
Sharing a montage of clips of her enjoying the outdoors, Carol posted to her Instagram as she said: "I’m alive and breathe when I’m outdoors, properly outside.... From @juicemasterretreats @jasonvale walking 13 Miles a day with @jules__sampson .....to hiking in the @breconbeaconsnp to beachcombing....I just love it all."
She expanded on next year's plans as she gave a nod to what happened regarding her van as she added: "Next year I’ll be away much more in my @vordervan. Had to go with my friends in their vans this year cos of a bit of a 'Vorder stalker' thing going on.
"But 'civil restraining orders' have now been signed, so ONWARDS..... 'Ain’t no stopping me now I’m on the move'."
The 62-year-old received nothing but love and support from her fans. Anya said: "I look forward to seeing your adventures 2023."
Another user said: "Awesome adventures. Look forwards to seeing all of your adventures in your van next year. " Anthony added: "Looking forward to your journey."
