Carol Vorderman looked incredible as she showcased her chiselled abs and slim figure in a small crop top and skin-tight leggings during a boot camp in Portugal.
The former Countdown presenter, 61, posed for pictures on her balcony after enjoying a day full of sporting activities at the Jason Vale Juice Master Retreat
She wore a grey sports top and a pair of black figure-hugging leggings as she showed off her sporty physique. She also opted for a pair of large aviator sunglasses.
Carol kept her blonde tresses loose over her shoulders and went for a makeup-free look. She completed her outfit with a pair of grey trainers.
Carol captioned the post: "Into week 2 here at @juicemasterretreats @jasonvale..... the vibe's kicked in now..... loving it.
"So so hot here tho.... Guess it's like at home. Nearly 40C every day which is way too hot for me BUT it's all good and cooling down in a few days.
"Most time spent on yoga, gym, swimming and paddleboarding and chilling out."
She signed off by "sending love" to everyone back home. The TV star received plenty of comments from fans, with one writing: "Looking amazing. Such a beautiful lady in a beautiful place."
Another said: "Looking great have a great time and watch that sun get plenty of sun cream on."
A third person commented: "Just absolutely gorgeous beautiful in both body and mind," while someone else said: "Great Abs!! Looking awesome!"
The getaway comes after Carol recently opened up about her battle with depression during menopause. She shared her experience on This Morning ’s Menopause Bus.
"We were inundated with women coming to the bus to talk about their issues and the more we speak about it the better and stronger we will become together," the TV star posted on Instagram afterward.
"I had hormonal depression for a while during the perimenopause. It was horrific to the point of feeling suicidal.
"I've never even had anxiety in my life before other than for a specific reason (bullying or harassment). BUT this was in the years when women were meant to shut up and stay silent.
"Well I didn't. I sought a doctor as I'd self diagnosed that the deep depression was linked to hormones.
"I was right. The Professor I saw gave me some bio identical hormones (all now available on the NHS ) and WITHIN 48 HOURS the depression lifted and I have never had those feelings since."
She added: "I tell this story to help other women. You're not going crazy you are not worthless. If you're going through the menopausal years you merely have a hormonal imbalance which can be remedied."
Carol signed off by saying: "Go girls....we are in this together."
